As New Appliances was started in 1985 by my husband, Tom Sarnowski. Within 6 months, I had joined him in the running of the business. Our son Paul worked here through high school and college. Our daughter Deanna also worked for us while attending college. We were truly a "Ma & Pa" operation in the early years, with just a pickup truck and one outside employee.

Over the years, we have grown in many ways. We now have 10 employees, a 5,500 sq. ft. store, and the largest selection of used, reconditioned appliances in the city.

The guiding principle of our company is to provide quality products and personalized service. We have experienced tremendous growth over the past few years due in large part to our commitment of providing reliable appliances backed with a 100%, 90-day warranty.

We supply reconditioned appliances to 75% of the Milwaukee/Waukesha area management companies and larger apartment building owners. We also have contracts with many Milwaukee County agencies and non-profit organizations, such as the St. Vincent De Paul stores, American Red Cross, La Causa and Community Advocates, to name a few.
