Is there any warranty on your appliances?
All of our used appliances come with a full 90 day warranty. If you experience any problems with your appliance, we will repair, or depending on the situation, exchange it for another of equal value. In addition, we will start the warranty over again. We have three (3) full time technicians available Monday through Friday.

What is the procedure for selling my appliances to you?
First, figure how much money you need to get for it. If we are interested in the appliance, you can bring it into the store Monday through Friday during normal business hours to be checked out by our technicians. We do not go out and pick up individual appliances, however if you have at least 10 units, you can contact us to make pick-up arrangements.

Do you deliver?
Yes. We charge $22.50 for delivery in Milwaukee County and $5.00 for each additional piece. There is an additional charge for delivery outside of Milwaukee County. This includes removal of the old appliance, installation and hookup on refridgerators, washers, electric stoves and electric dryers. We charge a minimal fee to hook up gas stoves and dryers because we supply a 4" stainless steel flexible gas line and fittings. In most cases we can provide next day delivery.

Will you repair my appliance?
Sorry, we only repair appliances for resale and our warranty. After we satisfy our 90 day warranty, we can recommend a qualified technician to help you.

Do you accept trade-ins?
Trade-ins are done on a case-by-case basis. When we deliver your appliance we will tag the removal as a "Possible credit." Once our technicians have checked it out we will notify you with the amount we will pay for it.

What do your appliances cost?
As a rule, we have refridgerators starting at $100 and up. Our gas stoves start at $120 and electric stove prices start at $100. Our dryers, both gas and electric, have a starting price of $120. Washing machines are usually priced at $125 and up. Our inventory changes daily and prices can also vary, depending on what we have in stock at that time.
